寒士尾牙》馬總統幫忙夾菜、倒湯、發紅包

創世、華山、人安基金會31日中午在總統府前廣場舉辦「第26屆寒士吃飽30愛心尾牙」活動，總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義、立法院副院長洪秀柱等到場共襄盛舉。馬總統致詞時說，每年社福預算都是預算中比例最多，但他認為還是不夠，因為社會上需要照顧的人很多，民間的力量不可或缺。

馬總統在創世、華山、人安基金會創辦人曹慶的陪同下，與吳敦義、總統府秘書長曾永權、立委王育敏等一同與到場的弱勢朋友吃飯，馬總統也替大家服務，幫忙夾菜、倒湯等，也與同桌的弱勢朋友話家常，關心生活近況。此外，馬也協助主辦單位發給同桌的弱勢朋友每人一個500元的應急紅包。

寒士吃飽30愛心尾牙活動邀請了全台各地的寒士、街友、單親媽媽、獨居老人參加，席開2300桌，約有4萬人到場，現場也安排了許多歌手到場獻唱，讓大家除了有團圓飯可以吃之外，也可以聽歌、看表演，感受過年氣氛。

洪秀柱稍早到場，但因有行程先行離去，並未與馬英九、吳敦義等人碰到面。洪秀柱說，吳敦義一到場直接就上台，兩人沒有機會碰面。記者追問會尋求吳敦義的支持嗎？洪秀柱說，選舉當然都希望更多人支持。

連續3年擔任寒士吃飽30尾牙活動顧問的水蛙師（張和錦）表示，今天席開2300桌，有7個大廚房、120個廚師投入活動，打破自己的紀錄，過去幫證券、票券、電子業企業辦的企業尾牙，頂多也才2000桌。

水蛙師說，在總統府前辦桌，壓力特別大，基於愛心才出手相助，希望可以辦出一次吃得飽、吃得暖的愛心尾牙，至於菜色包括蹄膀、佛跳牆、獅仔頭等，一切都以食安為第一考量。
